Empowering
those with OCD
to take back their thoughts and experience freedom.
How It Works
I am a treatment clinician; this means my goal is to help you get better and graduate from therapy, not keep you coming to see me for years. It typically takes 4-9 months of consistent therapy attendance and daily practice of the skills you learn between sessions to graduate.
Our work will begin with an assessment to confirm a diagnosis of OCD and gather examples of how symptoms are impacting your daily life; this information is used over the course of treatment to guide our work together and measure improvement. Therapy sessions are 55 minutes and begin with 1-2 sessions per week.
Who I Serve
I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, but my passion lies in supporting teens and young adults with OCD who are navigating faith-based or other shame-inducing fears. While I have a special focus on these areas, I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds and experiences to my practice.
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, and will soon be able to accept Blue Care Network and Priority Health insurance. I also offer private pay for all services.
“Nikole was our child’s therapist. She helped him through some pretty tough experiences. She was always kind in her approach and made him feel welcome even in their first interaction over the phone. She took the time to get to know him and his specific his needs, and she personalized her methods to suit him. She kept him engaged in a way that made therapy fun for him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for therapy!””

When to Seek Help
If symptoms are getting in the way of your ability to thrive in school, work, or relationships, it is time to invest in your future by getting treatment. My goal is to help my clients gain the tools they need to be the people they were created to be without OCD or related disorders getting in the way.
Whether you have only OCD or OCD plus friends (ADHD, autism, body-focused repetitive behaviors, tic disorders, body dysmorphia, etc.), my goal is that you will feel heard and understood for who you are (not who OCD says you are), and that you will also learn tools to grow and branch out of the dark place OCD wants to keep you trapped.
